Disinfecting solution

One of the well-known disinfectants on the market is traditional Jodisol, successfully sold since 70´s. It is an ideal solution for disinfecting with outstanding features and possibilities of wide range of use not only in health service but also in households. Jodisol is delivered in several kinds of packaging with simple and direct application which you can always have in your handbag, firstaid kit or anywhere if you travel. Jodisol is a solution with 3% of complex ethanol compound (iodophor) with wide-spectrum of effects on proliferating bacteria, fungi and viruses with full impact within 1-5 minutes after use.

Indications

Medical treatment:

surface disinfection of skin before small medical help (injections, taps, etc.)
disinfection of surgical areas
treatment in case of difficult tooth-eruption
treatment after tonsil ablation

Application without medical help:

disinfection of hands
treatment of small skin injuries (ruptures)
treatment of herpes
treatment in case of oral tissue inflammation
treatment after insect bite

Application of water solution 1:20

irrigation
compresses
gargling

In dental prosthetics it is suitable to use Jodisol solution for disinfection of impressions by immersing into diluted Jodisol solution (1 : 10).
