  • How long does it take to process and send the order?

    The order is processed the same day we receive it - at the latest the next day if the order is placed in the late afternoon. The goods are shipped within 5 working days of the date of order confirmation. In the case of an incomplete consignment, the customer is informed about the shortage and the time of delivery.


  • How can I get the product pricelist?

    The current pricelist is sent by the Country Manager to the distributors and they provide the customers with the final price.


  • Do you have any special offers? What time period are they valid for?

    Special offers are prepared quarterly, half-yearly.


  • Where or who shall I address in the case of any claim?

    The claim should be sent to where the product was purchased. For example the dentist that means end customer sends the product to our distributor. The distributors then send the claim to SpofaDental.


  • How can I get the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)?

    All the MSDS available are on our web site under the product page.
